IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING BARBECUE GRILLS

The Fort Wayne Fire Department has implemented stricter rules regarding the use of BBQ grills at apartment complexes; consequently, gas grills are NOT permitted on the property unless the tank capacity is 2.5 lbs. or less.

Electric Veranda Grills and Gas Grills with tank capacities of 2.5 lbs. or less are permitted on balconies and patios. Charcoal grills are permitted only on the ground floor and must be pulled out 10 feet from the building when in use. Note that the popular patio fire pits fall into the same category as charcoal grills, so they may only be used 10 feet from the building. We do not encourage the purchase of these as the fire department has indicated they will likely be banned from apartment complexes altogether.

The Fire Department strictly enforces this code.

Violation of this fire code can result in heavy fines and the termination of your residency pursuant to Article 20, section c. of the lease agreement.

About the Pools

To have access to the pools, you must stop by the office and sign the Swimming Pool Lease Addendum and receive the code to the gate. As a reminder, residents are permitted ONE guest per apartment. Residents under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Residents must be prepared to show their Willow Creek Crossing ID card to staff members, security officers and police officers at any time while utilizing Willow Creek Crossing amenities. Per the Board of Health, you must be at least 14 years of age to swim without a responsible adult. It is imperative that residents follow the Swimming Pool rules to ensure an enjoyable season for everyone.

Willow Creek Crossing has discount Rave Motion Picture movie tickets available at the office. The new discount ticket prices are $6.00 each, which is still a deal over the regular theater prices. Just remember, we do not accept cash so bring your checkbook, credit card or a money order.
